You can leave the subject line blank
In the body of the message type: subscribe ArmourElemNews

For your convenience, a form has been provided at the bottom of the page to assist with managing your subscription.

When you join the list, the List Server will send you a welcome message informing you that you are subscribed.

Q) How do I unsubscribe from the ArmourElemNews listserv?
