Surplus Listserv

Welcome to the Surplus listserv. This is a listserv for South Dakota public entities (School Districts, Tech Schools, Universities, State and Federal Government Agencies) that would like to:

Post surplus items for sale or give away
Receive e-mail notifications of surplus items

Membership is limited to individuals working for one of the South Dakota public entities listed above.

Q) How do I post a message to the Surplus List?

A) Send an e-mail message in the following form:

Address the message to: Surplus@k12.sd.us
Subject: Whatever is meaningful to your message
In the body of the message type what you wish to share with the list.

Q) How do I subscribe to the Surplus listserv?

A) Send an e-mail message in the following form:

Address the message to: Listserv@k12.sd.us
You can leave the subject line blank
In the body of the message type: subscribe Surplus

For your convenience, a form has been provided at the bottom of the page to assist with managing your subscription.

When you join the list, the List Server will send you a welcome message informing you that you are subscribed.

Q) How do I unsubscribe from the Surplus listserv?

A) Send an e-mail message in the following form:

Address the message to: Listserv@k12.sd.us
You can leave the subject line blank
In the body of the message type: unsubscribe Surplus

For your convenience, a form has been provided at the bottom of the page to assist with managing your subscription.

When you leave the list, the List Server will send you a farewell message informing you that you are unsubscribed.
